"Absolutely---the team was skillful, but most importantly was their outlook to communicating and building relationships with customers and their focus on satisfaction. The Project Manager (TW) was essential to a good experience. BlackDog has a reputation for being "less competitive" or "over priced" or "only interested in large-scale projects with exclusive homes." But we find that this perception is not accurate and perhaps might be something perpetuated by independent GCs without direct evidence or experience. BlackDog was very willing to do our smaller project and in hindsight looking at the final results we think that it would not have been done with such attention to design detail if it had been with an independent GC.)"

"This was our first project with BlackDog and it was a rather small remodeling one (2 weeks). We checked in on-site every day to make sure things were going as expected. But after this experience, we would feel comfortable taking on a much larger scope of project and not having to be on-site so much. The design and planning step were useful and insightful---it was a pleasure working with SS. He actively listens to homeowners.
