Blackdog fosters and supports continual improvement at every level throughout the company. Ongoing training at leading industry events, seminars, roundtable meetings, and workshops are offered to all managers, administrators, and field staff on a continual basis.
After your project is complete, Blackdog employs the services of Guild Quality, a third-party survey company. A valuable tool for identifying our strengths and weaknesses and therefore improving services to you, survey results are evaluated carefully and shared with all staff at monthly company meetings.
