5 Steps to Your Remodeled Space:

  1. First, you’ll meet with one of our design consultants to discuss your project at length.

  2. Next, your design consultant will work with you to complete a budget analysis. Once a budget is agreed on, you'll enter into a Partner Plan with Blackdog and we can begin your design.

  3. Final details such as fully-complete floor plans and elevations are confirmed, a final investment figure is provided, and a construction agreement is signed.

  4. A dedicated project management team consisting of a project manager and lead carpenter is then assigned to oversee your project and bring your plans to life.

  5. After your new space is complete, you may find a few items that need adjustment. You can expect us to “fine tune” your space and make sure it’s performing wonderfully. For your continued peace of mind, your project comes with a three-year warranty, covering materials and labor.
