All of the bids we received for the project were about the same cost, but we chose BlackDog because it offered a better design (SS). In hindsight, we did not just opt for a better design, but rather we came to understand that we had unwittingly opted for great customer service and satisfaction (which was invisible to us when reviewing bids).
